Because the two ends of the whip are completely different they each offer distinct ways to strike. Fast and Blinding, or hard and powerful.
The soft cracker end of the whip is best used for striking at full distance. Use one of the cracking techniques to snap the end of the whip just within range to make contact with the opponent. Ideally on a soft area like the eyes, throat, or hands.
The solid steel eye bolt in the handle makes it a powerful striking tool. It can be used like a kubaton to enhance hammer-fist strikes, or knife thrusts. You can strike sensitive or solid target areas and feed inside joints to enhance locks.
The heavy handle end has enough weight to let you swing the whip by gripping at it’s center.
